Really nice long-ish run this afternoon. Legs were a little tired from this week, not quite as fresh or springy as I'd have liked, but even so the pace throughout was much better than I expected. I wasn't pressing much at all, just trying to stay smooth on the tired-ish legs, but moved well all the way through. Nice to see at the end of a solid week -- and a strong cap to Week 11 of consistent running this spring.
