Notes

Did my first workout in a few days (again) and it went pretty well though I was feeling a little tired from it (not the unhealthy-tired, just working-hard tired probably from not doing anything consistently recently). I did it with Jack and appreciated the company, and we did my normal 600 warm up, 6x150 50 free/50 IMO/50 free, 6x100 kick, 5x100 IM, 300 cool down, and then 10 minutes of aqua jogging to get the legs going a little more.
