Easy recovery run this morning in Wilbraham (and with new shoes as well!). Legs definitely feeling the last two days, and I was really intentional to keep this relaxed and true recovery. Think I did that pretty well. Also introduced a new pair of Hokas (my second, now) and enjoyed the fresh cushion. Stark reminder how much this changes over a few hundred miles.
