I nearly didn't get out for this run - after having already not gone yesterday - but then had a sudden change of heart and got myself going. Since I missed yesterday's workout, I threw in some speedwork here - after about three miles of comfortable running, I did a 4 min oslerian, 2 min recovery, 12 min tempo, 3 min recovery, and then another 4 min oslerian. At 20 min of quality it wasn't a long workout, but it got the legs spinning pretty well which is what I needed. Glad to have gotten out, and pleased that the paces I ran were pretty okay.
