1-2-3-2-1-2-3-2-1 ON, with equal recovery following each interval
Did this fartlek along the Charles this morning, and felt really good. Legs felt mostly fresh with a little weight as I warmed up, and after some drills they seemed a bit worse. First interval was on the slow side, but then after that I started cruising and felt really smooth. Always relaxed and holding sustainable paces, while moving well and recovering almost completely during the offs. (I also trimmed the longest recovery to just 2:15 in the interest of time / distance). Some wind blowing from the west, which gave a good headwind for some of the final pieces (and tail in the middle). Solid workout all around.
