Did a ladder this morning but made it a bit longer than normal by doing the same 900 warm up from yesterday and then 5x100 free on 1:30, 4x150 pull on 2:30, 3x200 IM on 3:15, and then a 600 alt 100 kick/100 pull followed by a 30 cool down. I got some solid times going this morning and I felt good, which is nice to be back to after a few days of feeling a little off.
