Average run at average intensity. I intentionally didn't make this a super easy recovery-focused run, and was again pleasantly surprised to see the kind of step-change in pace that happened on Sunday during the long run. I know I can't get carried away in going quicker on runs every day, but still positive to see this as something sustained beyond just the one-off long run.
Easy stationary bike after the run to extend the cardio a bit.
