I did a solid all-around workout this afternoon, beginning with a swimming portion of my 600 warm-up, 4x150 IM (leaving out one stroke reverse IMO), 6x75 pull (alt breathing 3/5/3 by 25 and 5/7/5 by 25), 6x100 kick, 2x200 swim (alt 100 free/100 choice), 6x25 lung busters, and then a 200 cool down. After that I did about 10 min of aqua jogging, and finished up with a solid 15 min of core which felt pretty good.
