Notes
This was a long and fast run, which was rather though after the very heard day yesterday. I ran with Wade, Tony, Koima, Jack, Chris, and Springel and we hammered for most of the 14 mile run. And since it was hilly, it made it even tougher. It was a goo run though and I was able to do the whole thing with them without dropping off which was great, and portions of it even felt pretty good. All joints and everything felt good today, and there was surprisingly no soreness in my calves from my spikes yesterday.
