Did a great tempo this afternoon from the office. It was the first I'd done in a while, so I was a little nervous, but it went even better than I had hoped. It was the fastest and longest tempo I've done yet this year, and yet it felt remarkably smooth - not *easy*, but comfortable and certainly not straining. Did 8.25 in 45:00 flat, averaging 5:28 pace for the tempo.
