Notes
I went for a barefoot morning run on the beach today, but it was high tide at about 11 am so I decided to wait a little while and go later in the morning. I went out fairly easy for a mile and a half and felt good in about 10:30, and then had a pretty solid negative split coming back in about 10 flat. I was feeling surprisingly good after yesterday's long run, and even the slightly faster pace on the way back was feeling pretty relaxed and smooth.
