Notes

I did my first track workout of the season this morning, and it went great. I did the classic 8 x 1,000m @ threshold - coming through in about 3:22, 3:21, 3:22, 3:20, 3:19, 3:20, 3:20, and 3:15. It was very consistent, and though it wasn't easy, I felt strong all the way through. Great to see that I'm already hitting these times for the first workout - and had I had time, I felt like I could have kept going for another rep or two.
