I did a pool workout today that went much better than last time. I started with my typical warm up (300 swim, 200 pull, 100 kick), then did 6x100 on 1:30 pretty hard (I came in on 1:06-7 on the first one, then 1:10 for the rest), 50 easy, then 2x300 alt 100 back pace/100 free build on 4:30 (coming in on 4:00), 4x200 IM on 3:10 (coming in on 2:40-45), and then a 200 free "destroy" (opposite of build) right into a 150 cool down. My arms still start to get pretty tired toward the end of these workouts and I can only imagine that my form starts to slip, but aerobically I'm doing well. My glute felt a little better today after Keelin worked on it yesterday and I got through even the breaststroke with only a little pain today.
