Did the beginning of an up-down from the visitor's center, took the trail that goes behind it, and explored that area for a bit. Then headed back down and toward the lake area where I finished up the distance I needed. I felt great today (even despite the 3 hours of sleep I got after the HP premier) which was really nice. Nothing hurt, I felt good running, and I could really just enjoy it all.
