Notes

Went early to the pool this morning and I did a pretty solid workout. I started with 300 swim, 200 pull, 100 kick warm up followed by 4x150 IM (leaving out one stroke each time) on 3:15, 3x200 alt free/back by 50 (work free, easier back), 8x100 free on 1:30, 4x100 kick, 4x50 sprint, and then 400 cool down. My arms were definitely tired and I was hurting a bit toward the end, but I made it through and felt alright.
