This morning, we did a pretty tough 30-minute session of core, strength exercises, and yoga. It was a good workout but not impossible, and it felt pretty good. This afternoon we got to take a longish but relaxed run which felt great. We got dropped off at the far end of Oblong and we did an out-and-back thing there, and then ran the length of it going over Stone Hill and back to campus. The slow average pace was because of the extremely wet and muddy trails going over Stone Hill, but overall we kept up a pretty good but comfortable pace (6:40s) and I felt really good for all of it.
