Notes
Went for my morning run today and it was incredibly windy as a cold front starts to move in, which made for an interesting run. Going out the wind was coming at me really strongly, and though I was working fairly hard I clearly wasn't going very fast. I looped it at about 11:15 and then had a big negative split with the wind at my back, easing off the effort and still coming back in only 10:10, more than a minute faster. Because the wind was so strong the water level was rather higher than it normally would have been so it meant that I was running on softer (slanted) sand which was a bummer, but I made do and only ran in the water when I needed to because it was so cold.
