(Not sure on the time for this run, guessing a little, but close) My first run while down in Tampa, I got up early for it and even so it was stupidly hot and humid. Ran over the causeway and did a loop there (see mapmyrun.com from 8/11), felt alright but ended up needing a short breather at about the 5 mile marker.
