I did a really solid swim workout today on my first day home from the beach. Having not swam for a week it was a little tough, and I kicked normally today instead of just pulling the whole workout for the first time which made it tougher but went well. I started with a 500 pull for warm up, and then did 4x150 (50 free, 50 IM order, 50 free) on 2:15, 5x100 kick on 2:00, 5x200 (free, back, free, back, IM) on 3:00, and then 8x50 sprint (IM order) on :45/1:00 followed by 500 cool down.
