Wer went for another average day this afternoon and Biz, Solo, and I went exploring over the ridge near Blair again. We connected it into Stone Hill, and then took a (pretty crappy) trail out to Gale and then came back to campus on 43. It was really pretty and we enjoyed the run, keeping the pace comfortable and relaxed. Afterwards I did speed building and then about 15 min of core.
