I ran the Appia loop again today, which felt even better than yesterday (and turned out to be faster) and then followed it with a circuit (the one with 3x[squat jumps, lunges, speed skaters, mtn climbers, side lunges, push ups, and dips]), which also felt great, and I noticed myself feeling better on the squat jumps especially than I have been for a while, which is good to see.
