Notes

It was a beautiful, warm day out today so I decided to try running outside for the first time since hurting my glute. I did a lap of the golf course barefoot (which was also a treat) but I was disappointed to find that it seems that, even after taking two days off from running and having a painless swim yesterday, I seem to have taken a step back in that there was a little more pain today than there was last week when running. Nevertheless I finished out the two miles and then did 35 min of biking to finish out the workout.

Afterwards I went to see Yaz at the trainers' and she gave me some stretches to do to work on my glute, and she said that they should help pretty quickly so hopefully I'll be running strong again soon!
