Notes

Took this as a recovery day between the two workouts, and it felt good. Did a warm up and strides, the extended castle (went up around church) and then did a barefoot field followed by 3 more strides and a cool down. Felt a little sore in my calves (from the spikes yesterday) but it wasn't too bad. Have an odd pain in in my right foot in the ball of the foot as if the big two has to crack, but it hurts when I try. Need to keep an eye on it.
