Notes

Did a shorter practice today since I've been running so much more recently and though it was pretty easy it felt good. I started with 300 swim, 200 pull, 100 kick warm up and then did 4x150 free build by 50, 2x300 alt 100 pull, 100 kick, 100 pull, and then a 300 cool down. It was very short but it got me moving and the arms felt good.
