Notes

Fresh off the plane from Nairobi, and wanted to get out for a run. Given the limited running of the last week and knowing the next won't be much better, decided to go for a "long"ish run, getting in some good miles. Felt mostly alright on this despite the jetlag and having just arrived back... A little brain-fog at moments, but some good rehydration and sleep will sort that out.
