For this week's mini-workout I decided to keep the total duration the same as last week (15 mins) but shift it from three pieces to just 2x 7:30 longer ones. This went great. I felt super smooth and comfortable all the way through this workout, never straining to keep or increase pace, and averaged 5:39/5:35 for the two pieces. Not mind-blowing tempo pace, but really exciting given how smooth it felt and this is so early in re-introducing workouts.
Had planned to bike afterwards to increase the cardio time, but conflicted with Dad so did a HIIT workout instead when I got back.
