Notes
Did an average run today, doing a new loop that took me through Carouge, Champel, and the Old Town. I was feeling better today than I have on a run since Boston, the legs finally having a little spring in them and the pace feeling more relaxed even though faster. They were by no means fresh, but better. All in all a nice average day, hoping to feel even better for a workout tomorrow.
