Solid long run today, and I think the best run I've had in several days. It was pretty hilly, but after getting a bit more sleep and a few slightly easier days, my legs felt a bit fresher all the way through. The flats especially felt pretty smooth and strong, and the hills were unexpectedly manageable. This was also the longest run I've done since late 2018, which is another exciting milestone. Looking forward to continuing to push this in the coming weeks -- and keep staying healthy!
