Notes
Went for a short, easy recovery run today after yesterday's long and quick effort, gearing up for some good workouts this week. The legs felt a little tired and tight today, but I kept it very relaxed and just enjoyed the easy run. I was lucky enough to escape the office very early this afternoon, so I even got the added treat of being able to do this while it was still light out, which I really enjoyed.
