I decided to split today's exercise into two parts- some running and then some bike so as to keep up volume without stressing the foot too much. I did want to get in some running though to loosen up the legs before what is supposed to be a tough workout tomorrow afternoon. The foot felt pretty good, though I did notice a little more pain than beforehand when I had finished.
