Did a fast workout today of 4x200m, 2x400m, 600m (all at R-Pace- 61 VDOT= 36/200m, 74/400m), 2x400m, 4x200m (at F-Pace- 61 VDOT= 33/200m, 68/400m). Was by far the fastest work I've done yet this year but I made all of it and didn't feel too terrible (except perhaps after the F 400's). Knees and ankles felt much better today. Did 2.5 nice easy miles afterwards, including a barefoot field.
