Notes
I did my first workout since October this evening, doing a 32 min steady state and feeling really great. I went on the trails that go along the Rhône, and really enjoyed the workout. I worked it pretty hard and felt very strong throughout, reaching that perfect point where I'm pushing but feeling good. Not exactly sure what the pace was as I was on trails, but it was a great way to kick off these workouts. Also did almost 2.5 mi for warm up and about 1.5 for cool down to round out 9 for the day.
