First swim since pre-Covid! Was great to be back in the water, and I was pleasantly surprised how natural my stroke felt right from the start (though the arms definitely got tired quickly). I came to the pool in hopes of a good aerobic workout while giving my ankle a bit of a break this week... and was disappointed to find that kicking was extremely painful on the ankle. So I stuck with the pull buoy for free, and could do some breaststroke since the foot holds at more of a constant angle. Not what I was hoping for, but still nice to set up this new option for workouts, esp during the winter. Will see what I'm able to make of it.
