Notes
Headed out this morning for my longest run in a while, and it went surprisingly well. I felt really strong and smooth, and I ran unexpectedly fast. Two miles at ~6:15 didn't even feel that tough, and I felt as though I could have kept running for quite a bit longer. Very cool to see, both as validation of all the hard work I've been doing the last several weeks and as a testament to the value of focusing on cross-training when I need to.
Did a 25-min lower body circuit near the end of the run (in the park), and then headed home.
