Notes

I went for a swim today at the saw Mill Club and though I made it a slightly shorter workout I still worked it pretty hard. I did my normal warm up, and then 2 times through the 300/200/100 set that I've done the past few swims, then 8x50 alt IMO pace/free hard, and then a 300 cool down. It all felt pretty good though I was a little tired. I followed the swim with a good 20 min ab workout which went really well.
