Got on the track for the first time in a long while, continuing with the focus on foundational threshold work. Returned to the Mr Houser classic, and it went pretty well. This was a bit slower than I've been used to doing it over the last few years (I seem to recall ~3:20 being the standard), but it felt like a true threshold workout - first couple pretty smooth, last couple definitely feeling harder. Whole body in general a little less peppy than the last couple of weeks - bit lack of sleep the last week+ probably starting to catch up. Got to keep resting while i crank things up here. In any case, good to get this benchmark and excited to continue working from here.
