Notes
It was raining yet again today, but I had a great run. I went out for an average day and maintained a comfortable pace, yet I ended up averaging under 6:45s for the 10 miles without even feeling that tired. I'm not entirely sure what this means but it's a great sign, and even the rather large hill didn't feel too bad. I could very slightly feel the spot on my left foot that I rolled onto a few times yesterday, but it went away during the run and feels fine. Everything else feels good.
