This was easily one of the best ski days I've ever had, though also one of the most difficult. We hired a guide to take us for some off-piste skiing in Grands Montets, which alone was amazing - with some great runs on the glacier, and some neat routes throughout the resort. Even better was the dump of snow they had gotten just the night before, which meant we were skiing knee-deep fresh tracks all day. A very special experience! But wow did it wipe my legs out.
