Since I have been feeling that small amount of pain in my knee the past few days, I decided to be careful and take the day off my feet so I swam instead. I did the same workout I did on Monday, but most of it was a bit faster and, obviously, harder. It felt good though, and I followed the swim with a solid 17 min core workout which also went well.
