Notes
This was my first longer day of the summer, and it went far better than expected. I did 4 straight going to the arboretum, doing a loop, and coming back after which I did 2 miles on the track (barefoot) while Natalie ran as well. I made it through pretty easily which was a nice surprise, and I think the pace was fairly good too though I can't verify that. The heat was, however, once again pretty awful.
