Notes
This was the 4.5 miles before and then 1.5 miles following the tempo I did today. We maintained a pretty average pace for the portion before, and definitely worked it up the never-ending hill which was fairly tough. But everything felt good and I took it nice and easy into campus after the tempo portion.
