Notes

This was a very long, pretty fast run that we did this morning. We started from the bottom of Mt. Hope and ran up the hill and through the park to "Deer Ridge Run", which was another long and somewhat steep hill up, from the top of which there was a great view. We then Came back down and took a turn which brought us to the Stony Ledge trails which we followed for a while before turning back to go to the vans. A few of us though decided to run back to campus by going over Stone Hill and past the Clark because were only at about 10.5 miles for the day so far, but when we got all the way back we found ourselves at about 15.5 for the day. It wasn't the longest I've done (only the second longest), but there were some very fast portions that made it much worse. The weather was perfect though, especially at the start- a cool, crisp 45 degrees or so and cloudless. It did warm up though as we went. This was a tough run but I finished it and felt fairly good. I'm set for a good recovery day tomorrow.
