My second run of the day today felt really good. I maintained a moderate effort for an average run, but found that I was going a good bit faster than I had thought I would (i.e. a few miles in the 6:30s). Nevertheless I didn't feel like I was going at an at all increased effort, and everything felt relaxed and smooth. For some reason, earlier in the day, my right knee cap started hurting but that went away once I got warmed up.
