I did a threshold workout today because I know I need to work on that and I wanted to take tomorrow easy before going up to school. I did 8x1000m at 84 seconds/400m which was a second faster per quarter than last time and felt a bit harder, but I maintained the 40 seconds between each (except for taking 60 seconds at the halfway point between 4 and 5) and made the time each time (or within a fraction of a second). It went well overall, and I'm glad that my threshold is improving with these workouts.
