Notes

Attempted to walk to work, then this was supposed to be my run home. I was trying to force myself to get a run in on my work day by not driving to work, but found I had so much to carry that my backpack was too cumbersome while running, so I gave up and walked. Also, after being on my feet for almost all of the 13 work hours, eating very little and drinking even less I was completely depleted of energy and dehydrated. I probably need to stay away from running on work days as I felt horrible the next day and therefore skipped my Friday run/bike/swim. I'm thinking it is best just to focus on taking care of rehydrating and getting some calories in after work so I don't sabotage my day-off work outs.
