Notes

Decent long run - picked up the pace between miles 10 & 13. Will try to keep a tempo portion to most of my long runs with an intention on lengthening the duration of the tempo each week.

For where I am at conditioning wise, I will take it... that said, my body was telling me to back off after the 3 quicker miles... I need to be able to stretch that out further.
