2 warm up miles at 8:27 min/mile pace, 5 tempo miles at 6:39 min/mile pace (a shade over 1/2 marathon pace), 1 cool down mile at 8:36 min/mile pace. Felt good out there for the first time since the Valley Harvest Marathon. Most of the pain in my feet is gone. Can still feel the left one a little.
