Little bit of soreness after Sunday's 20 miler. Before going out for the run, I was considering doing 6 or 7 tempo miles, however, during the run decided to cut it back to 5 tempo miles as I didn't want to overdo things.
The 5 tempo miles felt good and dialed in... wasn't really looking at the watch but the splits are about perfect in terms of consistency.
Right now I think my speed is there for a Fall race - I am just not sure of my endurance for a Full. I think I will decide by mid month one way or another.
