Notes

Had a couple of goals for this race... thought sub 5:30 would be doable and that I had an outside shot at sub 5:21. Managed to get both which is the good aspect. With proper training, weight, etc I think I could squeeze a good bit more out of this distance. There were a few places where I wasn't really attacking.

Gun time was 5:17. Pretty happy with the result.
