Extremely disappointing run. Durning my last run on Sunday I felt myself really break down at about 10 miles… today it was much, much earlier…around 6.5 miles and this is after 4 days of complete rest. Right now I think the chances of being able to run Boston are exceedingly small. I only did 10 today because I had to get back to the car, but had to take walk breaks in each of the last 3 miles.
